On November 11, 2023, Congressman Angelo Marcos Barba attended the oathtaking ceremony of newly elected Punong Barangays in the Province of Ilocos Norte.

In a note in the vernacular, Barba congratulated his “brothers and sisters in public service”.

The ceremony was attended by the mayors of the 23 towns and cities of Ilocos Norte, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte led by Gov. Matthew Marcos Manotoc, and Ilocos Norte 1st District representative Cong. Sandro Marcos.

On election day, the congressman reminded his followers that they should “exercise their right to vote”.
